Easy Cancellation Process
At VibeThread, managed by Passion Coachhub Private Limited, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience remains flexible and customer-first. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to assist you with cancellations in a simple and hassle-free manner.
When Can You Cancel Your Order
If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever happens earlier. To proceed with cancellation, please send a request to our customer support team via email as soon as possible.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For all eligible cancellations, a full refund will be issued to your original mode of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Once the Order is Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item after delivery by following the steps outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Changing Orders or Addresses
Currently, changes to products or shipping addresses are not supported once the order is placed. If you wish to make a change, you may cancel the order (if it qualifies) and place a new one with the updated details.
